For transactions involving goods sold by meter or liter, is it necessary to disclose the actual weight of these goods?

In the event that the buyer refuses to collect the goods, who bears the responsibility for any charges incurred at the destination?
If the buyer refuses to pick up the goods, responsibility for destination charges generally falls to the seller, according to most international trade agreements such as Incoterms. However, this can vary based on the specific terms agreed upon in the sales contract. In scenarios governed by terms like DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the seller is responsible for all risks and charges until the goods are delivered to the buyer's nominated place. Conversely, under terms like EXW (Ex Works), the buyer would typically be responsible for all charges from the point of origin.
